The Village is where we connect families and individuals to share our time, energy, physical space and money with one another. Through this connection we can experience more of what we need; mutual support, presence, simplicity and peace.

We lighten the load of stressed out and overwhelmed families, by carefully matching them with an individual who can provide live in support. For the individual, they benefit from having a safe, affordable home to live in.
How it Works

Phase 1: You complete an application form. This form will cover who you are, your current circumstances, how you/your family works (your habits, routines, goals etc), and what you are looking for. From your application we create your profile.

Phase 2: We search our database for potential matches and contact you with these matches.

Phase 3: The dating process begins! Each step helps to solidify your connection.
The Dating Process
Step 1:
Dip your toes in starting with a virtual get together (Zoom, video call or phone call)
Step 2:
Lets grab coffee
or a meal in person
Step 3:
Lets spend time in the home together – this helps the individual really get a sense of the family dynamic
Step 4:
Lets start a trial
ie: a weekend sleep over
Step 5:
Lets commit! Terms of your arrangement are agreed on and signed, and the individual moves in.
